In the US, some health organizations warn that it can be a sign of potential diabetes or indicate that diabetes is present — even if the person still feels "normal."
There are two groups: (1) Potential risk signs, (2) Signs that may be extremely related to diabetes.
1️⃣ Potential signs of diabetes risk
  • Overweight or abdominal obesity: Large waist circumference (>102 cm in men, >88 cm in women) is strongly associated with insulin resistance.
  • Sedentary: Sitting a lot, not exercising ≥150 minutes/week.
  • Family history of diabetes: A parent or sibling has type 2 diabetes.
  • Hypertension: ≥130/80 mmHg is often accompanied by insulin resistance
  • Dyslipidemia: low HDL (<40 mg/dL in men, <50 mg/dL in women) or high triglycerides
  • Loud snoring or sleep apnea: Linked to insulin resistance.
  • Age ≥45: Risk increases with age, especially if lifestyle is sedentary.
These are often overlooked because they don't cause obvious discomfort, but in the US doctors consider them early warning signs:
2️⃣ Signs that you may have diabetes
  • Thirsty more often than before: High blood sugar → kidneys excrete glucose through urine → dehydration
  • Frequent urination, especially at night: Glucose pulls water out of the body through the kidneys.
  • Get hungry quickly, still want to eat after eating: Glucose does not enter cells → the body still "thinks" it is hungry.
  • Unexplained fatigue: Cells lack energy despite high blood sugar.
  • Temporary blurred vision: High blood sugar → changes in the fluid in the vitreous.
  • Unintentional weight loss: The body burns fat and muscle for energy when it can't use glucose.
  • Open wounds take a long time to heal: Poor circulation + immunodeficiency.
  • Tingling, numbness in hands/feet: Nerve damage due to long-term high blood sugar.
  • Dry, itchy skin: Dehydration and skin damage due to high blood sugar.
  • Mood swings, difficulty concentrating: Glucose fluctuations affect the brain.
  • Falling asleep after a full meal: A sharp increase in blood sugar after eating causes drowsiness.
These symptoms are often dismissed as “minor” or “due to age,” but can actually be signs of high blood sugar:
HOW DANGEROUS IS DIABETES?
(Basic knowledge that everyone should know to protect themselves and their families)
1️⃣ What is diabetes?
  • Diabetes (diabetes mellitus) is a disease in which the amount of sugar (glucose) in the blood is higher than normal for a long time.
  • Normally, the body uses a hormone called insulin to bring sugar into cells for energy.
  • When the body lacks insulin or does not use insulin effectively, sugar will "get stuck" in the blood → causing diabetes
2️⃣ Types of diabetes and their severity
  • Who usually gets it: Children, teenagers, but adults can get it too.
  • Cause: The immune system mistakenly attacks the pancreas → no insulin is produced.
  • How dangerous is it:
  • If no insulin injection → blood sugar increases rapidly → coma, death within a few days.
  • Even with good treatment, the disease remains lifelong and blood sugar fluctuates easily → risk of blindness, kidney failure, cardiovascular accident.
Type 1 – “The body does not produce insulin”
  • Life experience:
  • Carry insulin with you at all times.
  • Always have a small sweet snack on hand to prevent sudden hypoglycemia.
  • Who usually gets it: Middle-aged, elderly, overweight, sedentary people; but nowadays many young people also get it.
  • Cause: The body is resistant to insulin → the pancreas has to work too hard → weakens, reduces insulin secretion.
  • How dangerous is it:
  • Initially there are almost no symptoms → many people discover it late, when complications have occurred: blurred vision, heart attack, kidney failure.
  • Progresses silently but destroys the body every day if not controlled.
Type 2 – “The body has insulin but does not use it effectively”
  • Life experience:
  • Don't be complacent when you feel "still healthy".
  • Check your blood sugar regularly, especially if someone in your family has diabetes.
  • Who's most likely to get it: Pregnant women, especially if they're overweight or have had gestational diabetes before.
  • How dangerous is it:
  • If not well controlled → easy to give birth to a baby that is too big, premature, or mother/baby has dangerous complications.
  • After giving birth, the mother has a high risk of type 2 diabetes.
Gestational Diabetes – “It Happens During Pregnancy”
  • Life experience:
  • Regular prenatal checkups and blood sugar tests when your doctor recommends.
  • Maintain a reasonable diet, do not “eat for two” in the sense of increasing too much starch/sugar.
3️⃣ Why is diabetes scary?
  • Silent damage: Damage to the eyes, kidneys, heart, blood vessels and nerves that you don't see right away.
  • Emergency complications: Can cause coma and rapid death if blood sugar increases or decreases too much.
  • Lifelong treatment: Currently there is no complete cure, only control.
Final message: Diabetes is not an immediate death sentence, but is a “silent killer” if you ignore it. With early detection and good control, you can still live a long, healthy and fulfilling life.
Some symptoms of type 2 diabetes include:
  • Increased thirst
  • Frequent urination
  • Increased hunger
  • Fatigue
  • Blurred vision
  • Slow-healing sores
  • Frequent infections
  • Tingling or numbness in the hands or feet
Before, I was healthy, ate comfortably without worrying about my weight. But in the past few years, my body started to change — my weight increased rapidly, especially around my waist. Back pain and aching joints appeared. At night, my wife's snoring kept her awake. My energy level decreased day by day.

I started to avoid intimacy with my wife. Not because I didn't love her... but because I didn't have enough strength or confidence. I tried everything: strict dieting, exercising, taking supplements... but my weight kept increasing, my health kept decreasing.

When I went to the doctor, he said my health was at an alarming level. I started using many supportive solutions, costing thousands of dollars each month, but the results were not positive. I was often tired, had trouble sleeping, and even woke up many nights gasping for breath, with sweat on my forehead. It was like my body was fighting against itself.
and here is my story. . .
I became a “prisoner” in my own body. I had to stop to catch my breath after climbing a few stairs. I lay on the sofa, listening to the laughter of my family in the yard but not having enough strength to join in the joy.

Then one day, at the moment I said goodbye to my daughter and went to class, I suddenly collapsed. The doctors warned me that if my condition did not change, I would lose the ability to walk on my own.

A feeling of dread flooded in: would I no longer be able to take my little girl to school? My future would be a burden to my wife, who was still healthy and deserved a full life. In that moment, I really didn’t know how I could continue.

But then I remembered my mother. Even through the most difficult days, she still said she would be with us because there were still many memories left to create. That strength woke me up: I had to find a way to stand up.
From then on, I began my journey to find a solution.

I spent a whole year searching for the answer, and luckily (maybe God loved me), I accidentally found a special treatment, it was 100% natural, and it completely changed my life.

By applying what I found, my body gradually changed. My energy returned, my sleep was deeper, my weight decreased naturally. I was happy to take my children to school, take them out on the weekend, enjoy meals with my family without the fear like before.

I now believe that anyone can find hope, even when things seem hopeless. The important thing is to take the next step — like I did — to open a new chapter in your life.

and i think you are lucky, because you only need to spend 1 hour watching the clip, to know the simple formula with 30 seconds to do this 1 action before going to bed, then wake up the next morning with a body full of energy, and continue like that after 30 days, you go to the doctor for a check-up, not only you but the doctor will have to wow, what miracle happened?

But my friend, it took me a year to find this simple 30-second ritual.
